Warranty and returns
When warranty equipment supplied by MAXCOTE fails, you send it back to us. A preconfigured on-site spare allows immediate repair.
On-site swap within 2 working days
We build a replacement stock. You receive preconfigured hardware within 2 working days, swap it yourself and we repair the unit under manufacturer warranty.
On-site visit within 5 working days
When you report a fault, we send a technician who replaces the unit with preconfigured hardware. We then handle repair under manufacturer warranty.
All our services are quoted individually and can be adapted to your organisation's needs.
Remote monitoring and maintenance
From the back office, our technicians monitor your fleet, diagnose TVs and act remotely, often without a site visit.
