What is a hotel IPTV solution?
A hotel IPTV solution delivers TV channels and interactive services to in-room TVs over the hotel network. With MXTV Hotel, the TV also shows a personalised welcome message, the room directory, room service, restaurant and spa offers, and allows casting from smartphones.
Can guests use Netflix and Google Cast in the room?
Yes, on compatible Hospitality TVs. Guests log in to their own accounts or cast from their mobile. At check-out, MXTV automatically wipes their data and logins, including Netflix accounts.
Does MXTV Hotel work with my PMS?
MXTV Hotel natively includes connectors for the main PMS: Oracle OPERA Cloud, Infor, Apaleo, Medialog, Mews, SequoiaSoft, Vega, Planet and FIAS-compatible systems. Guest name, language and check-out are handled automatically.
Which TVs are compatible with MXTV Hotel?
MXTV Hotel works with a wide range of Samsung, LG, Philips and Vestel Hospitality TVs. A mixed fleet of brands and models is managed from the same back office. For non-smart TVs, the M98 box brings all the features.
How long does it take to deploy MXTV Hotel?
Lead time depends on the number of rooms, the network and the equipment to install. Our engineering team prepares the solution beforehand so you can validate it remotely; installation is carried out by our partner integrators across France.
