Do I need an aerial or a satellite dish?
No. CANAL+ Room Streaming is delivered over IPTV: an internet connection is all you need, with no aerial, no headend and no box in the room.
Which TVs are compatible?
CANAL+ Room Streaming runs on compatible Hospitality TVs managed by MXTV. Suitable models are recommended when we review your project.
Can we choose our package?
Yes, from 5 packages: Expérience, Théma, Ciné Séries et Théma, Sport et Théma and Ultime. All include French free-to-air and international channels.
Does CANAL+ work alongside Netflix and Google Cast?
Yes. CANAL+ sits alongside the other MXTV Hotel services: guests switch between CANAL+, Netflix, Google Cast and your services from the same interface.
Is it legal?
Yes. CANAL+ Room Streaming is CANAL+ Business's official offer for professionals. It is the only TV streaming offer that includes French free-to-air channels; other legal offers only carry international channels.
